Báo cáo Phát triển Bền vững 2025 (Sustainable Development Report 2025) – ấn bản thứ 10 – vừa được công bố, đánh dấu một thập kỷ theo dõi và đánh giá tiến trình thực hiện 17 Mục tiêu Phát triển Bền vững (SDGs) của Liên Hợp Quốc trên phạm vi toàn cầu.

Ấn bản năm nay giới thiệu phiên bản cập nhật của Chỉ số SDG (SDG Index) và Bảng điều khiển SDG (Dashboards), đánh giá và xếp hạng toàn bộ các quốc gia thành viên Liên Hợp Quốc dựa trên hiệu quả thực hiện 17 mục tiêu phát triển bền vững.

Đặc biệt, Báo cáo 2025 ra mắt Chỉ số SDGi (SDGi Index) – một công cụ mới được xây dựng dựa trên 17 chỉ báo trọng tâm nhằm đo lường mức độ tiến bộ tổng thể kể từ năm 2015, khi các Mục tiêu Phát triển Bền vững chính thức được thông qua.

Ngoài việc cập nhật dữ liệu và xu hướng toàn cầu, Báo cáo Phát triển Bền vững 2025 cũng đưa ra những đề xuất cấp thiết nhằm cải cách Kiến trúc Tài chính Toàn cầu (Global Financial Architecture – GFA). Các khuyến nghị này được kỳ vọng sẽ là trọng tâm thảo luận tại Hội nghị Financing for Development (FfD) sắp diễn ra tại Sevilla, Tây Ban Nha, nhằm huy động hiệu quả hơn các nguồn tài chính phục vụ cho việc hiện thực hóa các SDGs trước năm 2030.

Sustainable Development Report 2025: A Decade of Global Progress Toward the SDGs

The 10th Edition of the Sustainable Development Report (SDR 2025) marks a decade of global monitoring and assessment of progress toward achieving the 17 United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

This year’s edition features the updated SDG Index and Dashboards, which evaluate and rank all UN Member States based on their overall SDG performance, providing a comprehensive snapshot of global sustainable development efforts.

A major highlight of the 2025 report is the introduction of the SDGi Index — a new analytical framework built on 17 headline indicators designed to track aggregate progress since 2015, the year the SDGs were first adopted.

Beyond performance measurement, the SDR 2025 also outlines urgent proposals to reform the Global Financial Architecture (GFA) — recommendations that will serve as a foundation for discussions at the upcoming Financing for Development (FfD) Conference in Seville, Spain. These proposals emphasize the need to mobilize adequate financing to accelerate progress toward achieving the SDGs by 2030.

As a member of the Sustainable Development Solutions Network (SDSN), Duy Tan University continues to engage closely with global sustainability reports like the SDR to guide its strategic planning, strengthen institutional commitment, and foster impactful initiatives that contribute to sustainable education, research, and community development.
